Originally from the land of beers (San Diego), owners and brewers Drew and Kerissa Wallace have been Mammoth Lakes residents for over 10 years. With eight years of home brewing experience, they decided to open a nano-brewery in town to create one-of-a-kind beers and brews not usually available in this area. In less than a 1200 sq ft. location housing both a tasting room and 3.5 BBL brew house, they specialize in Belgian-style ales, sour beers, and as many barrel-aged creations as they can fit into the space. They are the sole brewers at the location, and they encourage feedback, so their beers can evolve to meet their customers’ tastes.
